How to invite a co-organizer

Co-organizer can send invitations, review, edit, and organize stories, as well as design and print copies of your Celebration Book. They can also write their own story to be included in your book.

You can invite one or more co-organizers while setting up your project, or, at any time before printing your Celebration Book by clicking the blue ‘Invite’ button on your project page.

Choose ‘co-organizer,’ then enter their name and email address, and click 'Add.'

An email with instructions will be automatically sent to them.

How to invite contributors via email

Contributors are all given their own chapter in your Celebration Book. They can write as much or as little as they want and attach related photos.

You can start sending invitations during onboarding, and add more at any time before printing your Celebration Book.

To invite more contributors via email, click the blue ‘Invite’ button on your project page, and choose ‘Contributor.’

Add the names and email addresses of the people you'd like to invite to contribute under ‘Invite by email.’

You can also update the personal note that will be sent along with the invitation.

How to invite contributors via a link

Inviting contributors with a shareable link works best for texting or broadcasting the project over social media.

You can copy and distribute this link during onboarding or at any time before printing your Celebration Book.

To get your invitation link, click the blue ‘Invite’ button on your project page, and choose ‘Contributor.’

Then click ‘Get a shareable link.’  This will automatically copy the link, allowing you to paste it in a text, social post, or anywhere else you want.

How to invite contributors at an event

The easiest way to collect stories and photos at an event is to generate and print out a QR code.
From your project page, click on ‘Project settings’

You can find this in the top left, right under your project name.

On your ‘Project settings’ page, scroll down to the ‘Invite via link’ section

Click ‘Get QR code’

This will take you to a custom page that includes an image of your book cover along with your QR code.

Tip: You may want to update your project's name before printing.

In the browser toolbar at the top of your screen, choose ‘File’ and ‘Print’

If you don’t have a printer attached to your computer, you can save the page as a PDF to print at another location.

Tip: You can also display your QR code on a tablet or add it to a slide show that’s being presented at the event.
