By default, we send question prompts each Monday morning.  Sometimes, the prompt might be a bit delayed, but it should be there no later than the afternoon.  You can also choose to send question prompts more or less frequently.  This setting is found on the Manage Account page, under Settings.

If the story hasn't been written by Friday morning, we will send a reminder email to the storyteller.  Reminder emails can also be manually triggered from our website.
