Is it possible to get a refund?
If for any reason you’re not thrilled with your Storyworth purchase, we offer full refunds within 30 days, as long as no books have been printed. Printed books can not be returned or exchanged (unless there is a defect caused by the printer or shipping carrier). Request a refund here.
If it has been longer than 30 days, please reach out to us for options, including transferring the subscription to another person. Transferring will start the subscription over, so the new storyteller can start from scratch and have the full year's worth of question prompts.
If you have requested a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for that refund to appear on your statement. In some cases, if the refund occurred very soon after the purchase was made, it may be processed as a reversal. This means that the payment will drop off the statement entirely, and a separate refund won't appear.
