Once you have customized your book and you are 100% happy with the cover and interior, you can proceed to order your book. To order your book, simply click “Order Book” from your memoir or celebration book project page and follow these steps:

1. Choose black & white interior or color interior

You can choose whether you want a black & white interior or color interior.  All books come with a full color cover.  If you have photos that you want to have printed in color, you can choose to print the interior in color.  If you choose to print your books in black & white, any color photos will be converted to grayscale before being printed.  Please note that color printing does cost extra.

2. Enter quantity of books

Next, enter the quantity of books that you want to receive. We recommend ordering one copy first if you plan to order several copies so that you can catch and fix any typos. If you have any available book credits on your account, they will appear on this page.  Check the box next to a book credit to apply it to your order. Your book credit total cannot be more than the total of your order, or you may receive an error.

3. Enter shipping address

Proceed to the next step to enter the desired shipping address and double check it to ensure that it is correct.  If you are having issues with your phone number, please ensure that it is submitted in this format: +12345678910.

4. Choose shipping method

After you enter the shipping address, you'll see what shipping methods are available and the estimated delivery dates.  The dates are estimates only, and we can't guarantee delivery dates.

Please note, PO Boxes may not allow a large number of books to be delivered to them, so an error may occur during this step. Please use a residential address or reduce the number of book copies if this occurs.

Economy shipping may be free to US addresses if your total number of book copies are the same as the amount of book credits redeemed (so one book credit + one book copy = free shipping).

5. Enter payment and finish order

Enter the payment method you would like to be charged with and click 'Place Order'. If your order total was $0.00, you will not be required to input a payment method. After you click ‘Place Order’, we will send you a confirmation email. If you notice anything wrong with your order, please reply to the book order confirmation email within 12 hours so we may assist you in making any necessary changes.
