Download a backup of your memoir stories

We understand that you may want to download your memoir stories onto your device for safe keeping. We provide two ways to do this. One way is to download a .zip file, which contains PDFs of your individual stories, as well as folders containing your images. You can also download the PDF of your book interior. 

Download as a ZIP

1. Go to Manage Account and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. Click the link called “Download all your stories”. This will request a backup .zip file to be sent to your email.
3. When you receive the backup email, click the link to download the .zip file to your computer.
4. Double click on the .zip file to unzip it. If your device does not support .zip files, we recommend downloading your book as a PDF (see below).

Download as a PDF

1. From your memoir homepage, click "Preview Book" to view your book interior. If you don't see the “Preview Book” link, click "Edit Cover" to customize your cover first.
2. Under the book interior preview,  click “Download PDF” to download it to your computer.

Download a backup of your Celebration Book

At this time, it is not possible to download a .zip file of your Celebration Book stories, but you can download the PDF of your book interior:

1. From your Celebration Book project page, click the “Preview book” link below your book cover to view your book interior.
2. Under the book interior preview,  click “Download PDF” to download it to your computer.
