You can choose to share stories with friends and family if you'd like. The sharing permissions are located under Manage Account >> Settings.  Click “Change” to view the sharing list and update it.

Click “Share with more people” to add someone to the list, or click “unshare” next to someone's name if you want to remove them from the list.

People on the sharing list will receive a copy of the story by email when it is submitted.  If edits are made to the story later, the edited version is not sent out again to shared readers by default. However, you can choose to send out the updated version by selecting the “Email updates” toggle before saving the story.

People added to this list will be able to pick questions for you, they can reply to your stories, and they'll have access to view and edit your stories.

If you have purchased a Memoir subscription for someone else and you don't want to receive their stories, you can navigate to your storyteller's settings and then remove yourself as a shared reader.

If you were previously a shared reader and no longer have access to the storyteller's account, we will need the storyteller's permission to add you back on, or the storyteller can add you back on under their sharing permissions.
