Access to each will depend on your plan. Audio recordings are transcribed automatically a few minutes after the phone call ends, and the transcriptions can be edited at any time.

We recommend completing your recording in a quiet room to prevent background noise from affecting the transcription.  If you are completing a family call, make sure each caller is in a separate space to prevent echoing on the call.
