Upcoming questions

To view the upcoming questions list, go to www.storyworth.com/home, log in and click on Upcoming Questions at the top. You'll see the questions lined up for the next couple of weeks. Click Manage questions if you'd like to edit the existing questions or to add more questions to the queue. You can change the order of the questions in the queue by simply dragging and dropping them into the order you'd like.

Adding questions

You can browse our questions to add to the upcoming list, or you can write your own questions.  When browsing our questions, you can filter by different categories or you can search for a particular question by keyword.  The question will get added to the end of the queue, but you can drag it up if you want it to be sent sooner.

Removing questions

To remove a question from the upcoming queue, simply click the trash can icon for that question, or you can click “Replace” to replace that question with a different one.

Editing questions

You can edit the question if you would like to tweak it to better fit your circumstances.  Click the “edit” for that question, make your changes, and click “Save”.

Create personalized questions

On Color and Unlimited plans, you can use our personalized questions tool to create custom questions specific to their lives.

You’ll find this tool under ‘Upcoming Questions.’ Click “Personalize,” then share a few details about their life, like where they grew up, their hobbies, career, or anything else that’s important to them and their story. We’ll automatically create questions that you can add to their queue.

Personalized questions are available only on Color and Unlimited plans. You can upgrade your plan at any time during your subscription to access personalized questions and all the features and benefits of that plan. Learn more and upgrade.

Skipping a week

If you'd like to skip sending a question for a particular week, click the “More” link to the right of that week's question, and then choose “Skip week”.  We won't send a question that week, and the remaining questions will get shifted down the queue by one week.
